NovaTex features a three-dimensional, needle-punched fiber network that creates a porous, multi-directional flow path. This design allows water to pass through freely while capturing and retaining fine soil particles. Unlike traditional woven fabrics that can be prone to clogging at single openings, the random fiber matrix maintains continuous water movement even under varying hydrostatic pressures.

When placed between subgrade soil and aggregate base layers, NovaTex acts as an impenetrable barrier that prevents dissimilar materials from mixing under continuous heavy traffic loads.
